High-Pressure Deburring Features

By breaking the burrs, which are formed due to the geometric structure of the parts and the methods applied during the manufacturing phase, and which cannot be removed with the known surface treatment processes. It is one of the methods used in the process of removing them from the area they are in.
With the high pressure pump adapted to the system, low flow and high pressure is achieved and the application is carried out by targeting the areas where the burr is dense with the help of fixture or robot. Effective results are obtained as a maximum of 800 bars is reached.
